Acceptable Use Policy

NEXION exists to run legitimate businesses. Do not use it to:

• Break the law — including consumer-contact laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, do-not-call rules), privacy laws, and securities or financial-promotion rules that apply to your business.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk outreach, scrape services in violation of their terms, or contact people who have opted out.
• Defraud, impersonate, harass, or deceive anyone, or misrepresent AI output as human where disclosure is required.
• Infringe others' intellectual property or privacy, or upload content you have no right to use.
• Probe, attack, or disrupt NEXION or anyone else's systems, or attempt to access other customers' workspaces.
• Build or operate weapons, malware, or surveillance of individuals.
