Privacy Policy

NEXION ("we", "us") provides an AI business operating platform at nexionos.com — a voice and chat AI operator, built-in CRM, and specialist AI agents. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: privacy@nexionos.com.

Account information — name, email, and sign-in credentials, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk).

Your workspace content — the business information you give NEXION to work with: conversations (voice and text), goals, files you upload to your Vault, CRM records, and the outputs our agents produce for you.

Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers.

Usage and diagnostics — service logs and audit trails that keep the platform reliable and let you review what your AI team did on your behalf.

To run your workspace: answering you by voice and chat, remembering your business context, executing the work you ask for, and reporting back. Voice audio is processed in real time for transcription and speech; conversations are saved to YOUR workspace so NEXION remembers prior sessions.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your customer data to train shared or public AI models. Each workspace is isolated: your data is never shown to, compared with, or used for any other customer.

We use vetted subprocessors to run the platform: Vercel and Railway (hosting), Supabase (database), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Deepgram and ElevenLabs (speech), leading AI model providers (language processing), and — when you connect it — GoHighLevel (your CRM). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function for your workspace.

The Copilot extension reads the text of a web page only when you explicitly ask it to (for example, clicking capture in the side panel on the page you are viewing). It never reads pages in the background, never collects your browsing history, and by construction never captures passwords or payment-card fields. Captured page text is sent only to your own NEXION workspace, authenticated as you, and is treated as workspace content under this policy. The extension stores nothing on your device and sends no data to any third party.

Your workspace content is retained while your account is active so NEXION can keep its memory of your business. You can delete Vault files and conversations in the product, and you can request full account deletion at privacy@nexionos.com — we honor verified deletion requests within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example, billing records).

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, workspaces are isolated per customer at the database layer, and every agent action lands in an audit trail you can review. No internet service can promise perfect security, but security review is a standing part of how we build.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@nexionos.com and we will honor applicable rights. We do not discriminate against you for exercising them.

NEXION is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16.

We will post any changes here with a new effective date; material changes will be announced in the product.
