Three ways to use NEXION

The Chrome extension and the desktop app are live in beta. The web portal — voice included — works everywhere today, phone included. One identity, one memory, every surface.

MOST USED
BROWSER

Chrome Extension

  • NEXION side panel on any page — she reads what you're reading
  • Ask about, summarize, or extract from the page you're on
  • Expert guided mode inside GoHighLevel — step-by-step, on your live screen
  • Same memory as voice and web: conversations continue across devices
DESKTOP

Windows & macOS App

  • NEXION in her own window — dock it, keep her beside your work
  • Voice included: same live operator as the web portal
  • One identity, one memory — conversations continue across devices
  • macOS download + install notes below
MOBILE

iOS & Android

  • The full portal works in your phone's browser today — including voice
  • Native app with push alerts — on the roadmap after desktop

Install the extension — 60 seconds

  1. 1Download the extension ZIP above and unzip it to a folder you'll keep (e.g. Documents/NEXION).
  2. 2In Chrome, open chrome://extensions and switch on Developer mode (top-right toggle).
  3. 3Click 'Load unpacked' and select the unzipped folder — the NEXION Copilot icon appears.
  4. 4Pin it (puzzle icon → pin), click it, and sign in with your NEXION account. Done.

Chrome may note the extension is unpacked — that's expected for the beta. The one-click Chrome Web Store version replaces this flow soon.

Desktop app — beta downloads

Early builds, not yet code-signed — your OS will warn you the publisher is unverified. That banner disappears once our signing certificates land; the app itself is the same NEXION as nexionos.com, in its own window.

  • Windows:if SmartScreen shows "Windows protected your PC", click More infoRun anyway.
  • macOS: first launch — right-click the app → OpenOpen (Gatekeeper blocks double-click for unsigned apps).
  • Requires an internet connection — the app is a native window on your live NEXION portal.
