Terms of Service

NEXION is an AI business operating platform: a voice/chat AI operator, built-in CRM, and specialist AI agents that perform work you direct. By creating an account or using nexionos.com, the NEXION Copilot extension, or the desktop app, you agree to these terms.

Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity in your workspace. Paid plans (Growth, Pro, Elite) bill per month or per year through Stripe or our billing partner. The 7-day trial requires a card and converts to a paid subscription on day 8 unless you cancel first. Yearly billing gives two months free. You can cancel anytime; your plan runs through the period already paid. Plan changes never delete your data.

Your workspace content is yours. You give us the limited license needed to operate the service on it (store it, process it with AI models, act on your instructions). The NEXION software, brand, and agent designs are ours. AI outputs generated for you are yours to use.

NEXION uses artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes: verify important outputs before relying on them. Legal documents NEXION drafts are drafts requiring review by your attorney; nothing NEXION produces is legal, tax, investment, or professional advice. Outbound actions (sending messages, publishing, spending) run only with your approval settings, and compliance safeguards may block actions even after approval.

Use NEXION lawfully — including telemarketing, anti-spam (TCPA/CAN-SPAM), and privacy laws that apply to YOUR business when you contact YOUR customers. The full policy is at /aup; violating it can suspend or end your account.

If you join our affiliate program (the Growth League), commissions accrue on paid invoices from customers you refer, per the rates published at /affiliates. Payouts are monthly and are always paid two calendar months in arrears: commissions earned in a given month are held through the two following months and released at the end of the second month after they were earned (your first month's commissions pay at the end of month three, and monthly on that rolling basis thereafter). The hold exists so commissions are only paid on revenue that was actually collected and retained — if a referred customer's payment is refunded or reversed before the commission matures, that commission is voided. A $50 minimum matured balance applies; smaller balances roll into the next monthly cycle. Every payout batch is reviewed and approved before release. Self-referrals, incentivized signups that violate our acceptable-use policy, and fraudulent traffic forfeit commissions and can close the affiliate account.

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform or other customers, with notice where practicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NEXION's operating company is organized. We will post changes here with a new effective date; continued use after a change is acceptance. Questions: legal@nexionos.com.
